A Day of celebration, learning and community building following a 2-year leadership journey for 126 participants from the FE sector
King's College London and ChangeSchool, delivery partners for the Education and Training Foundation were thrilled to host the T Levels Professional Development (TLPD) Leadership Programme Graduation event, marking the culmination of a two-year journey with eight cohorts of 126 FE leaders from 86 FE colleges, private institutions, 6th Form colleges and schools.
The programme is a continuous series of interventions and events designed to support Further Education (FE) professionals in achieving change objectives. It is sponsored by ETF and the DfE.
The TLPD Leadership Development Program Graduation Event was a resounding success, a testament to all participants' hard work and dedication. The cohorts celebrated their achievements and reflected on their transformative change journey. The event perfectly blended networking, learning, and celebration, marking a significant milestone for all participants. Participants from eight cohorts celebrated their successes and reflected on their TLPD journey. The atmosphere was vibrant as everyone shared their experiences and discussed future opportunities. It was inspiring to see the connections and collaborations formed during the program.
The session featured a panel discussion during which participants shared valuable insights and stories from their T-level journey.
The key highlight of the day was the graduation ceremony. Dr Katerina Kolyva, the Chief Executive of the ETF, shared insights, and Giana Eckhart, Vice Dean of Executive Education at King's Business School (KBS), presented the certificates. The day's event concluded with a sense of accomplishment and pride as participants celebrated their hard work and dedication throughout the TLPD programme. It was a fitting end to a day filled with inspiration, learning, and celebration.
