ChangeSchool, University of Suffolk, and Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University secure British Council Interlinks Grant for TNE Strategy Design

ChangeSchool, in collaboration with the University of Suffolk and Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University in Kazakhstan, has won a prestigious British Council 'Interlinks' grant under the UK-Kazakhstan Small Grants Scheme. This grant is earmarked for the design of a Transnational Education (TNE) strategy aimed at addressing the economic, skills, and community needs of Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan.

By transforming Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University’s ecosystems and empowering academics, students with entrepreneurial skills and eventually the wider region stakeholders, our strategy will foster a thriving entrepreneurship culture, bridge the gap between academia and the commercial world, and contribute to the region and country's economic development.

This bilateral strategy between the UK and Kazakhstan underscores a shared commitment to regional regeneration in Kazakhstan and the enhancement of international links for the UK. By leveraging academic collaboration and joint program establishment, this initiative aims to drive positive change and foster sustainable development in the Kyzylorda region.
