King's Business School in partnership with ChangeSchool receives 2023 EFMD Excellence in Practice Silver Award

In Q4 2023, ChangeSchool, in partnership with the Business School (KBS) at King's College London and The American University in Cairo, was awarded the prestigious Europe's Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) silver category award in talent development for aspiring leaders. This accolade was presented for our work with 120 Egyptian civil servants while working with the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development in their transformative initiative Leadership for Government Excellence.

The EFMD awards are the pinnacle of Executive Education delivery and recognise how ChangeSchool and delivery partners have been instrumental in empowering the next generation of Egyptian civil service leaders aligned with Egypt's Vision 2030. ChangeSchool helped drive effective public service delivery and a shift in mindsets, through the elevation of participants to leadership positions, catalysing organisational change across Egypt.

ChangeSchool's receipt of the 2023 EFMD Excellence in Practice (EiP) Silver Award underscores its commitment to excellence in Talent Development and its dedication to advancing societal progress. This recognition drives us in pursuit of innovation in shaping a brighter and towards a more sustainable future.
