I had the privilege of being invited to be a judge for the finalists (Entrepreneurs) of King’s College London. Here, sitting with King’s Vice Principle of Research & Innovation (Chris Mottershead), Director of Consultancy & Partnerships (Michael hill-King) and other panel judges.
The keynote speaker was Prof Jeff Skinner, Executive Director, Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School (LBS) who not only was my professor in Entrepreneurial Management at LBS but also helped me shift my thinking about Entrepreneurship in 2009.
There were amazing pitches and business plans that made solid use of King’s research. With a bit of on-going guidance they would have a real potential to move forward. It’s great to see universities making a concerted effort in creating the entrepreneurial culture.
