Working with the UK Cabinet office (through British Council) we provided an open leadership programme ‘Leaders Influencing Toolkit’ in 6 GCC countries in 2016.
Delivered exclusively by ChangeSchool, we trained government officials, corporate executives and senior academics from the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
In Oman, our open leadership programmes have been attended by executives from Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), Ministries of Education, Manpower, Housing, Interior, Health, Tourism and Defence, Oman Oil Company, the Armed Forces Hospital, OmanTel, Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) and Oman Air.
We also provided Module 2 of the Certified Entrepreneur’s Education programme for the Ministry of Higher Education and SME Development Fund of Oman.
For our international clients we have successfully created the TruePotential™ leadership development model that provides guidance, mentoring and education to leadership teams remotely from London. This complements our on-site classroom executive education delivery.
We have faculty and management development programmes for universities that want to create a) business mind-sets for engaging with industry to generate revenue;b) better student performance through inspiration, engagement, and delivery; and c) academic development to support research.
In the UK we have worked with University College London; Kings College London; and London South Bank University.
In the GCC, faculty from the following institutions have attended our programmes:
In UAE: UAE University; Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSOG), Govt of Dubai; Sheikh Khalifa Medical City.
In Kuwait: College of Basic Education, Public Authority for Applied Education and Training; College of Technological Studies.
In Bahrain: Applied Sciences University.
